- Your slider ratings and any written reflections you add.
- Your Best Life Score™, Best Life Gap™ and Life Leaks™.
How it is used
Your results are used to show you your personalised insights and, where you have consented, to send you follow-up emails from Cassandra Crawley Mayo. You can unsubscribe at any time. Your individual answers are never sold or shared publicly — only your Best Life Score™ is designed to be shareable, and only by you.
Your choices
You can complete the audit without consenting to marketing emails, and you can request deletion of your responses at any time by replying to any email you receive.
The Best Life Audit™ is a personal reflection and life-alignment tool. It is not a psychological, medical or therapeutic assessment.
